Those who have not tried this water yet maybe in a slight shock, since the water, frankly, is not tasty. But from realizing how useful it is, after a couple of days, you stop noticing this unpleasant taste and smell.
The Naftusya pump room with water is located in the central park. Many excursions are also offered here (from the closest to the farthest). If you go into the depths of the park, you can see another source of Yuzya. In this place, you can collect water, which contains a large amount of glycerin. It is worth noting that this water is very tasty =) And do not forget to take nuts with you, which will be eaten with great pleasure by practically tame squirrels.
Fortetsya Tustan
One of the excursions offered in Truskavets is a trip to Fortetsya Tustan. For hundreds of millennia on these rocks stood the wooden castle Tustan, the border fortress, and customs of Kievan Rus. The fortress was built from logs, which were reinforced in grooves carved into the rocks. The grooves have been preserved, and thanks to this, it is possible to recreate the image of the castle with an accuracy of 90%.
Every year, at the beginning of autumn, the village hosts the Tustan festival, which anyone can take part in. They carry out costumed peaceful battles and hostilities, which were carried out during the heyday of the fortress.
